Upper scene: St. George between two blank heraldic shields, donor with an imperial crown (Emperor Maximilian?), donatrix with a book (Mary of Burgundy?); lower scene: a standing St. John with chalice flanked by the seated St. Catherine of Alexandria with a sword on the left and St. Barbara with a tower on the right
